I’m a mission-driven social media and growth marketer who loves turning meaningful ideas into measurable impact.
 

For the past 10+ years, I’ve led multi-channel campaigns across social, search, and video for universities, healthcare organizations, and local service businesses. My sweet spot is taking strong content, translating it into platform-native formats, and building campaigns that actually move the numbers: reach, engagement, leads, and revenue.
 

Today I serve as Director of Marketing for a dental practice in Salida, Colorado. I own the funnel end-to-end:

  • designing paid social and search campaigns to attract the right patients

  • building nurture sequences and educational content that answer real questions

  • training our front-office team in simple, ethical sales frameworks so more people say “yes” to the care they need
     

My campaigns drive a significant share of practice revenue with a strong return on ad spend. Recent initiatives include generating $3,500 in attributed revenue from a $250 paid campaign and improving lead-to-consult conversion to 12% through funnel optimization and follow-up improvements. I’ve also built dashboards that allow leadership to see what’s working at a glance.
 

Before that, I managed social and digital marketing at Empire State University, running integrated campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We increased recruitment event registrations by 50%, lifted organic traffic through SEO-informed content, and partnered closely with admissions to align marketing activity with enrollment goals.

 

At Butler/Till, I oversaw omnichannel strategies and managed media budgets up to $20M for clients in education, healthcare, and mental health, collaborating with creative, analytics, and channel teams to hit aggressive performance targets.
 

Underneath all of that, my work is shaped by my faith. I’m especially passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations use social media and digital marketing to tell better stories, reach more people, and build communities around the change they’re called to create.

Success was driven by a multi-channel digital marketing campaign targeting individual degree programs. The campaign leveraged custom audiences and tailored content to maximize engagement. Reoccurring meetings were held with the college's recruitment staff to update them on campaign findings, which helped refine their content for in-person events.

Collaborated with the client's internal promotions department to align marketing efforts with seasonal featured products and managed pay-per-click (PPC) search and shopping campaigns. Adjusted bids and text ad content accordingly to maximize results.

Prior to launching our paid search digital marketing campaign, the client had exclusively relied on traditional media efforts. Our team aided in the transition from traditional to digital by launching a low-cost budget paid search campaign with custom audience keyword targeting, text ad content, and bid strategies.
